Experience behind the work
Ochse has taught at the university level for more than forty years, including nineteen years online. Before returning to a full-time academic appointment, he worked in healthcare and senior-housing leadership and founded Walden Corporation, which grew to 49 facilities across Tennessee and Kentucky. He holds an Ed.D. in Adult and Higher Education from the University of South Dakota, an M.A. in English and American Literature from the University of Rochester, and a B.A. in English, with honors, from Dickinson College.
